Defence of legal entities in proceedings concerning corporate liability arising from criminal offences.
The entity’s position requires an autonomous defence strategy, distinct from that of the individuals involved. The analysis focuses on the predicate offence, the criteria for attributing liability to the entity and the effectiveness of the organisational model.
My practice in this field is primarily litigation-focused. Compliance and organisational-model work complements the defence of the entity.
